This year CAMRA Vancouver’s OktoBEERfest is being held at the Heritage Hall on Main Street, Friday Sept 24th from 6:30 to 11:30pm. This festive event will be thrown in its’ traditional Oktoberfest style with live music (Rheinlander Band), dancing, games and prizes for costumes. There will be a wide selection of craft beer (*see below) in kegs and bottles for you to sample along with some tasty german fare such as brats (Beer Brats), pretzels (Swiss Bakery), kraut and salads.
Tickets: $40 CAMRA members, $50 non-members. Available for purchase on-line at http://camravancouver.eventbrite.com/ or in person at FIREFLY on Cambie Street and BREWERY CREEK on Main Street. Includes: Dinner, stein, tokens for beer & live entertainment. See below for details.
With your ticket purchase, every attendee will receive a 12 ounce commemorative glass beer stein to take home and beer tokens* for 6 oz tasters.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: receive *6 beer tokens if you purchase your ticket by THIS SATURDAY, SEPT 18th! After that date you receive 4 tokens with glass.
At the fest you can purchase additional 6 oz taster tokens for $1.50 each. You can also choose to have 12 ounces for $3.00 or two tokens.
