While U.S. beers still hold a fond place in her heart, she’s become a convert and now counts many local brews among her all-time favorites. She was introduced to CAMRA Vancouver in 2015, and quickly became a regular attendee at education classes and events.

Rachel has a passion not only for great beer, but also for finding innovative ways to improve healthcare through technology. She works at a local healthcare software startup, serves on the volunteer board of the local chapter of a healthcare innovation non-profit organization, and co-organizes the Healthcare Experience Design meetup group.
