May was a busy & beery month at CAMRA Vancouver!
We were happy to see some of your friendly faces at our Member Nights at Big Rock Urban Brewery and Bridge Brewing where we were treated to an exclusive after-hours tour.

Beezers at Legacy’s National Caesar Day celebration on May 19th, a nice way to mix up our usual beverage of choice.
Clinton of Sunday Cider and Sean & Kelly of Txotx Basque Imports treated our Cider 101/102 students to one of our best-received education classes to date! The next is not to be missed!
Finally, CAMRA hosted our first ever Mild Cask Fest at the Belmont. A big
thank you to the Belmont for having us, to the awesome breweries for their delicious contributions, to the volunteers who donated their time and energy, and to our wonderful members who came down to imbibe with us!! We had so much fun, we’ll have to make it an annual event.
June will have us at Vancouver Craft Beer Week’s closing weekend from the 3rd to the 5th. Come say hi to us, renew your membership, and check out our new merchandise! Spoiler alert: it’s awesome.
This month’s Education topic is the eagerly anticipated Off-Flavours Class. This is useful knowledge for any beer-drinker, and will make you sound extra smart with your friends and family. June 16th at Big Rock Urban! Tickets are available on EventBrite.
We’ll be holding two Member’s Nights in June! Our Monthly Members Meetup on June 6th at Big Rock Urban starting at 6:30pm and a Member Night for all you North Shore dwellers on the 21st at Deep Cove Brewers and Distillers. We would love to see more of our members coming out to these gatherings so we can get to know you and nerd-out over beer together!
