On-Flavours Tasting

As a part of the ongoing CAMRA BC - Vancouver Branch Education series we are proud to present the on-flavours education event.

A brand new kind of class meant to partner with the ever popular Off-Flavours class. As most people in the know will tell you, great beer is all about balance and drinkability. Styles can help set general guidelines for aroma, appearance, flavour, and mouthfeel, but really good beer needs more than just a checklist. Using local examples of beer and some blending hopefully you’ll pick up a few things on the finer points of beer flavour and construction.
